After many years as a single handed practitioner at Ratby Surgery Dr Parwaiz has now reduced his sessions at the practice. He specialises in joint injections and musculoskeletal problems. (Please note that Dr Parwaiz is the father of Dr Reema and Dr Zan).

SARAH SMITH

I am the Practice Manager with over 15 years of experience across both the NHS and private medical sector. I spent 10 years working within the NHS, gaining a strong foundation across both clinical and administrative roles, followed by 5 years in private medical practice management. Alongside my practical experience, I hold a Business Management: Project Management Micro Degree, a Diploma in Team Leading, and an NVQ Level 3 in Clinical Healthcare. This combination of clinical knowledge, leadership training, and management expertise allows me to effectively support both patients and staff while ensuring the smooth and safe running of the practice. I am passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, supporting clinical teams, and continually improving services to ensure every patient receives a professional, caring, and efficient experience.

CHELSEA MCKAY

I am the Assistant Practice Manager with over 7 years of experience within the NHS. Throughout my career I have been a Correspondence Clerk before progressing into a management role, where I spent my time developing strong leadership and operational skills. Workflow management is my core area of expertise, and I now oversee all practice claims, processes, and procedures. I play a key role in ensuring the practice runs efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standard. I am highly organised, detail-focused, and committed to supporting both the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth, effective service for our patients.

SARAH MAZURYK

Practice Nurse

Sarah Mazuryk is our Practice Nurse and sees patients for Annual Disease Management Reviews of Heart Disease, Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, She can also be seen for Learning Disabilities, Cervical Smear Tests, Contraception Reviews (not initiation), Blood Tests, Suture removals, INR Testing, NHS Health Checks.

Practice Nurse

Laura Brewin is our Practice Nurse and sees patients for Blood Tests, Suture removals, INR Testing, NHS Health Checks, dressings, immunisations and vaccinations.

PATRICK HENRY

BHlthSc, MCPara, ECP, FHEA, MMEedEd, ACP, PGCert merit (IP) Patrick is our part time General Practice Paramedic and is also a Clinical Professor at Warwick Medical School. Patrick will support our GP’s seeing urgent or new health problems as we strive to reduce waiting times and streamline our care. His area of specialist interest is in acute care and lifestyle as medicine.
